UI Unresponsive, no item descriptions, kicked off after 5 mins.

On seperate accounts each character I log in with is affected by several things. When I log in, sometimes my health stays constantly at 1 as does my power. I cant click or interact with any NPC or door. Come to think of it everything I click on doesn't respond. When I mouse over items nothing shows up except for the name. When I right click and click examine nothing shows up. I cant message anyone and my says and tells dont show up. I can't even hail anyone. I get kicked off after about 5 minutes.
