I subscribed to the EQ2players services bundle and went in to manage all of my characters and add screenies that I had for each character. When I went to the Manage Screenshots section to do this, I got an error.I browsed and chose the image, gave it a title and description, and then hit upload. I got this error:Exception occurred inside setter of com.sony.soe.platform.players.model.eq.EQImage.own erAnd the little bar that shows how much space you have left for uploading screenies also looks to be bugged or have something wrong with it, because it looks like this:Total Screenshots Uploaded:bar here$Remaining used $balance RemainingInstead of having values there, it appears to have variables -- something else making me think it might be an error or problem on SOE's end. What does all of this mean? Are these errors on SOE's end? I just want to use the services that I paid for. I'm hoping it's something that will either 1. be fixed ASAP or 2. it's something I need to fix and I can do that right away. Please help!

posting again because this is still an issue, and I don't understand why I can't use the services I PAID for. And if it's a problem on my end I want to know what I need to do to fix it.

Still having this issue... although the error message has changed slightly. I went in and tried to upload a screenshot to one of my characters and instead of the above error message, I got this one:imageNotSpecifiedbut there are still variables showing up instead of values on the Total Images Uploaded bar ($Remaining used $balance Remaining)arrrrgh this is SO frustrating.

What browser are you trying to use?

bumping this because it's been nearly a week and I'm STILL having this issue. Still getting the same error when I try to upload screenshots. So I'm paying for a service that doesn't work and it's frustrating. Still have the same problem mentioned where it shows my $remaining and $balance variables instead of showing my actual values.PLEASE FIX THIS! Thank you.

Can you provide a screen capture of the $remaining and $balance tags you mentioned? or PM it to me maybe?
