I'm in exactly same situation

I just receive an offer in the mail to try EQ2 again (my account was activated for free for a few days).

I managed to log in but all my characters are gone.

I have MAJOR problems accessing the e-mail or in game petition to try to see what is happening with my character. Here is what I do :

I go to http://www.station.com/kb (or try from the game, it goes to the same place)

I select email support.

I'm asked provide a new email (the one there is good)

I confirm the email, I receive something in my mailbox.

I follow the link on the mail I received, I get a message saying that my address has been changed.

I go back to the original help window and select continue (as told) by I get the validate e-mail again... and again, and again.

If I close everything, and start back, I get the same error.

So basicaly I'm unable to contact the support to explain my issue. I'm kind of desprate so I'm posting here for help from lack of a better place.

I know I could use the phone support, but it's long distance from where I lived and last time I had to contact them for Vanguard, I got put on hold for 1h15 min.

I'm all willing to give EQ2 another go but I would like to be able to play to do that <img src="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY<img src=" width="15" height="15" />
