My question is, when a persistent zone is created, say Emerald Halls. Do all the monsters up get their loot tables right then, and the loot table is locked to that instance for all named monsters spawned. ORIs a NEW loot table spawned each time the zone is closed and reopened, or do the monsters pick their loot tables upon engagement or upon death.Example:Raid zones in with 22 people, missing say a Dirge and a Necromancer. Halfway through the first floor, before tender is engaged, a Dirge joins the raid and zones in. Now, when the set dropping monsters die, will they have a chance to drop dirge items, since he wasn't there upon zone creation? Then say a necromancer joins at day 2 of EH, since they were not there for the initial creation, do they have any chance of seeing any set items in the entire zone?I'm not sure if it's been discussed to this point, when the monsters loot tables are filled and checked for proper set items contained by the raid, and which are still droppable.

from what i've heard its decided upon chest creating what will be in it, not before... so you should be able to get class x only loot even if didnt have class x in raid before... all that needs be is that class x needs to be present during the kill so that random takes class x into consideration when making the chest.
