Can't chat with guild via eq2players

<p>I have been paying the $2.99 for the premium eq2players features for months, but tonight I can not chat with my guild.  It just takes me to the page that says "You must upgrade your account to access this feature- Click here" but I've clicked and double checked and I am still subscribed for the $2.99 additional features.  What gives?  </p>

It would appear that the last update they did unchecked most of the EQ2players stuff. You may want to go into account management and check it to see if your premium features have been reset.It would seem that only one of mine were checked and I had to upgrade again for the full access. It would be nice if they gave everyone a little note saying Oops we goofed please check your account settings. We changed it by accident.
