Anyone? Im so lost when it comes to this stuff in EQ. If there is confusion on what I mean by pts, im talking about when you hit lvl 8 and u get that little + sign u click on and get 4 pts to an attribute. I have played rogue class from SB's in DAOC to Rogues in WoW. Agil and Str are always an issue in those games. I just dont want to put pts in the wrong set up order. How many times do you get these? Can I redo them if I mess up? Any help from an Assassin would be great and thank you ahead of time. Also when people talk about AA's what are they refering to?

yeah you get respecs where you can re do them laterthe most important in order areStr,--more damage melee , int--more poison damage, Sta/AGI-bigger hp and power pools, wis-resists once you hit level 10 hit "L" that will open the AA window,,,then you can see all the stuff you can spend AA points on

So dont use the pt I got at 8 until I hit 10?

Edit: Just read the AA's, whats better for PvP? Wouldnt getting smoke bomb be the best or poision for that matter over blademaster?? How many AA's do we get total?

There's a lot of threads about AAs. but you'll likely want STA, maybe STR first. Or perhaps even some of the EOF "assassin" line abilities to improve your PVP skills. I'm not a PVPer so I can't answer it.

I am totally new to this game so any help is great. I am not however new to PvP especially as a Rogue. I know two things that win in pvp, picking solo targets or casters and hitting them hard and fast with both poison and dmg. Not sure how it plays in this game but hitting with a DoT poison and then vanishing is always a nice way to win..... Now AA's are spread out with a few good things especiall the poison line and the smoke bomb line. Blade master looks very nice as well. I hear that we get 50 pts total but I am not sure how much we have to spend for each skill. Is it set up like Champion LvL's to all you x-DAOC buffs?

I don't do PvP either, I understand brigands and swashies are better at PvP then assassins so if your still very new you might consider trying one of them.I also think most PvP assassins,,,,,go down the STR--AA, then they go down the STA- AA.but you be better off asking PvP assassins or maybe a few will post here for you.
