Why are T7 arrows level 57?

    I was hoping one of your tradeskill gurus could fill me in on this answer?Since ranged auto-attack figures in tier of arrow for damage, this basically ruins ranged auto-attack for all bows greater than level 57. So all the bows of t7 perform abysmally compared to their DR because of this weird mechanic. Is this like this in all tiers? Will it be changed in t8? Or will we be stuck using level 67 arrows in t8?
