toon trapped in Neriak still crashes every time i try to log in

neriak still makes my toon who is trapped inside there crash.  its been going on a month now.  other folks have this issue. is it being addressed? if nothing else can someone at SOE just warp my toon to the home city zone area so i can play it? thanks

If you are trapped in Neriak, try this. Log in select screen (where you choose which char to play), click on options, choose extreme performance, also in textures put them all to minimum, then try to log your character. If it doesn't work, send a ticket /petition and choose 'character stuck', a GM should move you to another zone.And no, no idea when Neriak will be fixed, they know the problem but no news about it, I think they are working on the expansion and don't care of Neriak.

it crashes while loading. the load goes all the way through and then either when im at 100% of creature resources loaded or while its adding character to zone / loading ui resources, i get a run out of virtual memory and crash message and the game crashes. all my toons are on the same server and i can play the rest of my toons. its just this one toon is in the crafting area of neriak and he wont log. the last time i played it lagged so bad until it froze and the game crashed while i was crafting and he's been unable to zone in / log in ever since.

<p>you could try going into your directory and deleting the file for that zone, the repatch it.</p><p>that helped me a few months ago when i was having that problem</p>
