View Full Version : Character Selection Incomplete List

<p>I know there is a problem with empty character lists on the update screen due to the new maintenance patch. I have this like others sometimes it's empty sometimes it's not. </p><p>But I am also having problems with an incomplete character listing when I go to play the game. The screen after the update screen where you can select your toon to play or create or delete toons. I do not see all my current toons and am not able to access or play them. Is this related to the same issue? How long before we see a resolution to it?</p>

IE 3 characters on the US region, 4 characters on the European region - you will only see the 3 when the region is set to US, you will only see the 4 if it is set to European, you are not able to get them all; to show at the same time. Same with the test server, those wil only show when you launch the test client. Add to that, if the servers are down, you will only see 4 characters until they come back up</p><p>What servers are your toons on</p>

<p>Thanks for the reply Wingrider01</p><p>Yes I know about the EU and US server character listings. </p><p>I am on the Crushbone Server a US server. All 10 of the toons are on this server. This has been since the maintenance patch and it is all the time not just when the servers are down. I am not getting a complete listing of my existing toons like I normally have in the past (I have been playing since launch). I have Station Access I have 10 toons and I can only see /access 7 of the 10 on the character selection screen. Even on the Update/Patcher screen if I click on the select character screen it still is only listing the same 7 now. When before the patch a few weeks ago and for years before it listed all 10.</p><p>I know that on a few occasions over the years this has happened. So I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue and when it will be resolved.</p>

When you go into your account information, is all the expansions showing as-well-as what type of account you are subscribed too?</p>

<p>That was the problem Chris L. Thanks for the response. I thought that might be the issue because I was having account problems since that maintenance patch. I called customer support in San Diego. I guess it messed up some accounts. But it's all taken care of now.</p><p>Thanks for the help!</p>
