can't resub old account

<p>Haven't been able to resub an old account of mine for two days now . . . SYSTEM TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE.</p><p>Has Sony made any announcements of known issues or ETAs regarding the [Removed for Content] billing?</p><p>Should I just just take this as an omen?</p>

Mon-Fri 10 AM to 7 PM pacific. adjust for your time zone.

Many players have problems with the new account system and billing. This affect all games of SOE. Please fix this ASAP.
