<p>Okay so I got another copy of EQ to run on my laptop, and be able to dual box. I set up a user name and pass, registered the code, but now when I am trying to give you guys payment info it keeps timing out, and providing an error code from the authentication system. Looks like you may need to check the new authentication system that you recently updated as there are a couple of kinks that need to be worked out. Not able to subscribe a new account! Yikes!!!</p><p>Also your marketing/sales team needs to have a chat with your store retailers. Did you know that GameStop and EB Games say they will not carry EQ2 products in their stores, and even when you go online to their website you can't even find EoF??? BestBuy online does not even offer anything EQ related. When I visited a GameStop store I was told that I need to pre-order cause they were not going to order any additional stock beside what was pre-ordered. Why? "Because WOW sells better", and this was from 2 (yes two) Game Stop stores in Schaumburg, IL [Removed for Content]??? SoE is driving business to these sites, but they are refusing to provide your products!!! </p>
