Alchemist quest to distill dusts into higher level ones ...help please :)

<span style="font-size: x-small;">I have completed the quest  </span><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">:"A bit of Fire, A bit of Ice" to allow an Alchemist to distill dusts into higher level ones.  I scribed the book, see it in my book list in the tradeskill window...but no recipe to convert the dust show's up...any help would be much appreciated.Thnk you.</span></span>

Type in "dust" in the search and it should pull up a list of the conversion recipes. I couldn't find them either the first time I scribed mine and that's how I singled them out from the myriad of recipes in my book.
