LaunchPad Dosn't go Through

When i hit eq2.exe and it runs through the receiving files and what not it'll seem like it finishes..closes...and thats it..i have NO idea whats wrong, I've tried deleting the station folder over and over again and reinstalling everything and it continues to do it...i've disabled all firewalls and anti-virus software also...running this on a clean boot and its baffling me..this started off a fresh install, my harddrive went capoot and had to reinstall it....also it seems like it re downloads all the .xml and .png files all the time

<p>Tried the above and no luck, still getting the eq2.xml error. And I don't even make it to the EULA...it just goes throught the launchpad and quits. Frustrating at best and really testing my patience with this...if i can't get it to to work by the end of the week im gonna cancel my subscription because this is rediculous</p><p>And yes I'm running it in admin mode, and the folder is not under read only</p>

Sorry to say it is something unique to the machine.</p><p>have you run a chkdsk on the drive?</p>
