black in game environment textures

For no apparent reason I have had a graphics issue turn up that I can't seem to fix.  What happens is that once I launch the game everything remains black except I can see the loading text.  When in game I can see players, NPC's and text, however the environment is completely black, its similar to the screenshots posted in this thread:<a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=36831" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...?topic_id=36831</a>I have tried reinstalling the game, uninstalling/reinstalling newest and old drivers, with no improvement.  I am using a Radeon X1300/x1550 card, which I realize isn't a very powerful card, but I have been able to run EQ2 for a few months now without problems.  Any suggestions?

I was able to fix this, turns out I had my video card refresh rate set at 75Hz.  Once I set it to 70Hz it fixed itself.  Hopefully this might help those with the same problem in the future.

I had this problem on a computer but it turned out it was faulty memory heh, doesn't happen on any other computer
