I purchased the all in one bundle from the station store a few days ago and have gone rounds with CSRs on how to download the expansions. I have gone into preferences, done full file scans re-installed the core EQ2 client two times, sacrificed a chicken. Nothing works, I get no options to download the 3 expansions though the launcher. I'm open to any suggestions at this point to get the content I purchased? The only options I get are to purchase the adventure packs, they sent me the canned e-mail thanks for the purchase with no instructions on how to do anything, after digging though forums I have tried all of the above options and nothing works. Does anyone have another idea before I abandon the game all together due to frustration?

The first thing that you will need to do is to check your Account and make sure that all of the expansions are enabled. Once they are enabled the patcher will automatically download the necessary files without you having to do anything extra. If they aren't enabled then make sure that you enter any Key that they may have provided when you made the purchase. If all of that fails you will need to contact Billing Support and have them correct the issue from their end.

Everything is enabled on the account, after the upgrade I loged into the game and had a 3 minute patch. I doubt my connection is fast enough to download 3 expansions in 3 minutes Does it download everything in the background? The only thing the e-mail said was thanks for your purchase, etc. No instructions nothing. Is there some secret club I need to join to get in and download these expansions? Like I said in my first post I have gone though every option know to man looking for some kind of radio button check box anything related to the content download.

Ok, if you've tried everything and support wasn't able to resolve the problem for you but has verified that your account does have all of the expansions enabled then your best bet would be to start from scratch. Remove all traces of EQ2 on your system. This includes manually deleting any shortcuts and directories that the auto un-install may leave behind. Then run the following file and see how it works: Link

The game has been un-installed 2 times all traces removed from the registry, all folders deleted from the system. Fully patched the game 2 times now. I think they forgot to set some kind of flag on their end

Ok, if you've done all of that then the only other recourse that I can think of, according to everything that you've mentioned here, is to contact support again as they are the only ones that could possibly resolve this sort of issue.AFAIK: you shouldn't be able to access the game without having all of the necessary files required by your account status. Meaning that, if you have EoF enabled via your account page then the patcher won't let you into the game until it downloads all of the EoF files. The only type of Background downloading that the patcher will allow is for the Optional files such as NPC VOs and Adventure Packs. Therefore, if you are able to get into the game and your account shows that all expansions are enabled then you either have then already installed or as you mention there may be a flag that is being missed between your account info and the patcher. If the latter is true then official support is the only way to go.I'm sure that you already have this info but just for the sake of it: Technical Support staff is available Monday - Friday, from 10:00am - 7:00pm PST. There are three ways to contact them our Technical Support staff:1. They have always offered Digital Downloads but only recently have they changed the EoF version to include everything as an All-In-One package.

Im about to swear off all sony products. The website is probably the worst that i have ever seen. Id recommend all to use D2D. How simple is it to include a download link in the [Removed for Content] email...
