+healing vs. ministration adornment

<p>Hi, I'm looking for opinions on healer neck adornments.  </p><p>In the past I've used the legendary Restorative Clasp (+10 ministration, +10 ordination), but with the changes to +healing that places the effect up front on the first tick of a HoT, I'm tempted to switch to a Scintillating Restorative Clasp, adding +40 healing.  </p><p>I know we've had adornment discussion in the past, but if recall correctly, they were prior to the +healing change.  My primary concern is raid healing, so the power conservation of ministration is appealing leaving me rather torn... </p><p>Anybody know if there is a diminishing returns curve on ministration?</p>

I don't know if casting skills use a curve, but going from 350 to 360 lowers the cost of greater chloroplast by 4 points of power (190 to 186) and fierce chlorostorm by 8 (356 to 348 ).  Against +40 healing, it doesn't even come close.
