...my launchpad does not seem to be working as it previously had.  I have no characters listed in the appropriate window.  Also, when I click the "Update Notes" tab, I get the pop up window, however the information has not updated since 9/18.  I attempt to refresh the window, however it does not.  I am still able to log in and play without interruption (mostly), but the launchpad for the most part is not cooperating.  Is there something I should have updated?  It was my understanding, after last tuesdays downtime, "<span class="postbody">when service is resumed you will have an enhanced user experience to manage your accounts at Station.com."  Was the launchpad's use intended to be minimalized in an effort to have us link directly to the Station Website over the launchpad?</span>

The enhanced account managment is just that, you can now changed the credit card without canceling and letting it run out then resubscribing, plus a host of other things, as always you can get to it from the My Account link here or on the patcher
