Intoxociation Stealth Nerfed?

I don't see it listed in any update notes, so i'm going to post here and hope for an answer.A bit ago, I remember using intoxication, and it proccing off my ranged attack.  This made sense, as, well, being on the predator tree, it would benefit both rangers and assassins if one chose to get it, right?Well, I don't remember reading it in any GU, but all of a sudden, Intoxication will not proc off my ranged anymore.  Either I haven't used the ability that much since another nerf was put in place, or this was slipped in under my nose.  Can someone either clarify? It seems that this ability has all of a sudden become absolutely useless to the class, being closing distance hampers our DPS quite a bit.

I do not ever recall Intoxication procing off of ranged attack.  Always remember it requiring melee and always follow with poison combination.

<p>Intoxication has never proc'd off ranged attacks.</p><p>Personally I think it's complete [Removed for Content] that it doesn't since it IS a POISON and every single other POISON in the game proc off both melee and ranged.  Bitched about it alot when they first added AA's asking for an explanation why 100% of poisons worked one way but the poison from the Predator AA tree didn't.  No Dev ever stepped up to the plate and gave and answer though.  Still ticks me off this has never been Fixed.</p>
