Help With Running This.

<span class="postbody">Ok, the other day I decide to try to play EQ2 (I bought it in August and couldn't play it). So I figure I got some bad discs and decide to download the installer, thinking it would work. Well, it doesn't. As I'm running Vista, I changed the compatibility mode to XP Service Pack 2 and I run it as administrator. Still, it doesn't work. I click on the icon, it will patch, and then the button that says "Play" when it is done patching never lights up. It will say download complete and stay blank. So, am I screwed, or is there any way I can get it to work/get my money back? Thanks in advance.</span>

I had the same problem this evening.  If you look below the Play button you may see an Update or Download button.  Some of my files were bad so I had to delete them and then click this button until they updated then I was able to login.
