Everquest2 Launcher not listing my characters

I started on the "play the fay trial" and then purchased the EQ2classic retail box. I am now using the eq2.exe to launch the game.It used to list all my characters over on the right side of the launcher with links to their station page. Now it is blank and says under "my characters" no characters found. If I use the drop down box on the left under the "play button" I can select my characters.Is there any way I can bring this back?sidenote, if I launch the game via everquest2.exe then I have to enter the character name manually as in the box where the characters should be it only says USER(CHARACTER) on (SERVER) or something generic like this.Any thoughts?

On that initial screen is a region select button. Make sure you have choosen the correct region such as English [US].</p>

This is an issue for everyone right now as it hasn't been working properly since the latest Account Management upgrade last week. This has happened on several occasions over the past 3 years and they usually get it fixed within a week or so. There really isn't anything that you can do to change this as it's completely on their end.

I noticed it too, the little window coming from eq2players is blank. But it's not a big deal, not something to bother about, just annoying.

I am getting the same problem with this fatal error message:<verify> D:liveeq2gameclientscrncs2.cpp (186<img src="/smilies/b2eb59423fbf5fa39342041237025880.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />:missing required window: ncs2slideshowand I cannot get into game.argh

That error is specifically from your custom UI having an outdated version of the eq2ui_newcharscene2.xml file, which was changed in the last GU. You will need to either update your custom UI or remove that file from the custom UI directory.
