Can we please get a general idea on when accounts/billing will be working correctly again? Would really love to be able to get my second account back up.

<p>Err, well it does seem to be having problems. </p><p>I was trying to get an adventure pack earlier and it didn't process my order.</p><p>Now when I try to access my account at all I get an error instantly saying this service is not available.  So something is up <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY<img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />" width="15" height="15" />.</p><p> edit:  Just got it to work, must just be a little funky right now.</p>

  There is a thread in the gameplay disscussion forums callled "account management down??" that is listing several problems that people are having with accounts and billing. Please look into it.

I've been getting the same mssg on the Subscription screen since last night.  We'll see what support says <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<p>IE7 and Mozilla 2.0.0.7 both fail for me.</p><p>Spoke with Support and they had me clear cookies etc, but no change.</p><p>I guess I will just have to call in and have my subscription opened =/</p>

<p>Here is a kick for ya...</p><p> I was able to enter a bogus Payment Source...not trying to scam, just seeing if the error would recreate.</p><p>It ACCEPTED the bogus info...unusable of course.</p><p>Then I tried adding my info as a new source but wrong security code, it recognizes that information is wrong.</p><p>As soon as I put the correct CC info in...boom I get the Error screen.  </p><p>Oi vay</p>

i got this account on the billing part broke, <b>corrupted</b>, can post this cause PHONE support gived me 3 days free play on the account, i am already 6 days cant re-subscribe, ITS NOTHING to do on browsers or IPs, i can change Billing credit card in any other account just not on main one.  The help on chat support its a joke, and the email one all who tell you its clear cookies.Only way to fix seems phone support.gived my full credit card number to see if the guy at phone support was unable to fill the subscription again.And guess what ? the guy at SOE got the same ERROR page, there its few problems on billing accounts corrupted since the big upgrade at soe. I dont even know if can play again in 2 days when the 3 free days expire, waiting email support since LAST Friday.letme say this again, NO IPs, ISP or browser types involved, the guys at PHONE support in SOE got he same error on the accounts broke.

Is everyone still getting the errors? I know I am ... I've talked to chat support over 5 times and everytime they tell me the same thing. I know it isn't on my end... I have done everything possible to check. It's sorta frustrating me that I can't play all because I can't subscribe. Lol.

if you are in a hurry to get it fixed use phone call support, chat and email support keep telling about clean Iexplorer cookies, and its not the solution at all, cause i can change credit card in any account on no problems, but got the error page on main account.

Phone support activated my free 30 days but said the issue was with my bank. Specifically that my CC was being rejected.  That's odd since I purchased the All In One from D2D with it amongother things.  I'll call the bank as suggested and we will see <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

having this problem myself now, is there any fix at all? the weekend is my only real time to play considering I work all week, now it looks like I wont even get to play until I can contact sony via phone..great!

I have been trying to access my account information so I can resubscibe to Vanguard but when ever I click the "my account" link I get a website error msg.  I currently have my EQ2 account active but that has been active for a couple years straight now, but now that I want to resubscribe to another game I can't.  Fix the problem, there is one there people, we don't care what your systems say, try accessing it for yourself.  Please help us.

I've tried 20-30 times at different occasions in the last 12 days and I've been able to get to my subscription pages ONCE. The "My Account" pages aren't working at all right now.

<p>Same problem here.</p><p>For an unknown reason, my wife's account (atresia) has been suspended and she can't play anymore. Our accounts are active since a few years, and I don't understand why SOE is kicking its trustfull customers like this ! We are charged monthly automatically on our credit card, so I don't really appreciate this.</p><p>The mail support doesn't answer, the chat and all the help / account section is broken.And of course, the european phone support is down.</p><p>Is there someone from SOE alive ???</p>

Anyone?

The site seems to be back for now, I could access my account, here what I did if it can help some people:<b>Note: I used Internet Explorer 7</b>-I went to eq2players.com and signed in-I clicked on My account and signed in again-I clicked on Payment sources and update (Note: it asked me for the security numbers, 3 digits, of my credit card, it's the first time a purschase online ask me for those 3 numbers that are on the back of the card. What's this?)-I clicked Save and it worked (or it seems to work)
