new monk AA questions

<p>hi all, im a old time returning EQ 2 player. And have decided to try a monk. I was wondering a few things.</p><p> What are good AA line choices to go for a monk to level? Are monks able to go bare handed at low levels and still kill things? Is it better for us to use weapons? If we can use our fists whats the best time to switch from weapons to fists? currently im level 15, can i switch now and do alright?</p><p>Thanks</p>

Fists become the best you can get when you can afford to put enough points into the double attack and riposte abilities. So until then, get some weapons and do quests, etc to get some AA points.I went down a different line (sta) until I had enough points to respec and go full Str line.

<p>It's also worth going down the INT line until you can increase your % chance of a critical, regardless of weapon.</p>
