<p>I have searched the forums for an answer to this with no success. I have Vista, and with much stuffing around, I managed to get into the launcher, and it has downloaded all the inital files it needed, so connection is not an issue, however, all my characters are gone and it says (where the PLAY is) - "DOWNLOADING" , even though its not doing anything and it has a small "download" button underneath it. (when you click on it, it does another scan, but nothing more) Has anyone else had this drama - please help, I want to play now, even if I have lost all my characters - I dont feel like waiting till ROK comes out. </p><p>Please Help! Thanks in advance.</p>
