Problem with screen tearing

I'm using a nVidia 880o Ultra, and am running on Extreme Settings. Even then, most textures seem to tear pretty badly, especially from far away. The edges of buildings look jagged and pixelated. What can I do to fix this?

Download the newest drivers? If you have the newest, reinstall them. That would be a good place to start.
