Need info on what is going on with account management please

I have made another post about this when I thought I was the only one with a problem. Now scanning some of the forums there have been more posts popping up like mine with no answers. I have been trying to subscribe to Everquest 2 for two days now with no success. It started yesterday as I was receiving error messages at the account management screen saying the service is temporarily unavailable.  Today I have managed to make it passed most of the subscription pages but after entering in credit card info I still receive the same error.  I have tried countless times and no luck.  There is no live support on the weekends unfortunately so I sent an email. The first response was to clear cookies/delete files etc.  I did that but it didnt change anything.  Next email stated there was a problem they were looking into it.   No eta no further explanation.I have not seen anything official on these forums or any other forums of a problem with account management pages being down.  Im hoping an admin and/or mod can at least tell me the problem is being worked on.  I am at wits end here. Any info on the above is greatly appreciated.
