cloth simulation???, sry

Depending on what you graphics settings are set at, as you zoom in and out, the game will load different textures and turn on and off some settings. In the high quality mode, it's less apparent, but as options are turned down, more and more things shut off the further you zoom out. In short, it's your own graphics settings causing this. Whether your current PC/video card can handle more....well, all you can do is mess around with the options some and see if it improves withou killing your game performance.
