Station Exchange question.

I know this isnt the station exchange board, but it appears not many people post there. I recently purchased a character from station exchange. The character is currently in my "holding area". I tried clicking the send to game button, but it doesnt work. it starts to load and then it comes up with a screen saying "error". Any idea what the issue can be and how i can resolve this problem? Thanks.
