Unable to subscribe to EQ2

I have been trying all day to start a new subscription to EQ2. I made a station account downloaded the game and when I hit subscribe it sends me to the station website with an error message. It wont even let me update billing info or anything. It shows me logged in under my station id. I just get error message after error message. All its saying is "if you continue to get this error message go to station.sony.help or something like that. I have searched all over the help section with no success.

We apologize for the inconvenience.If you continue to receive this error, use the help menu at <a href="http://www.station.sony.com." target="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.station.sony.com.</a>I have used the help menu and searched every forum for the past 4 hours with no success. Anyone know if the accounts management pages are down? Any help before I go insane would be much appreciated.

My friend too can't subscribe and is experiencing the same problem, she can't post because well SOE's messed up system is preventing users from subscribing lol, passing this on for her:I too have been having errors trying to login to update my account from cancelled to paid. For some reason I get the same error message as trybal. (<a href="http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j292/Roboticneko/Other/SOEerrors.jpg" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">see attached image</a>). So what gives? Why doesn't it work?

i had absolutely same problem: ill give you a hint : try playing around a bit with adress
