Transumting question

I am starting to become a transumter and have a question.  How do I know what lv my transumting skill needs to be to transumte certain items.  Example, I am lv 20 adventure now and getting lv 20 adepts and items, how do I know how much transuting skill I will need to be able to transmute the items that I get?  I made another alt that I am keeping on the Isle to get low lv chest drops and have my skill to 23 so far.

<p>skill devided  by 5 plus 5 equals what lvl item you can transmute.</p><p> if your  skill is 23 then take 20/5 = 4 +5 = 9. so you can transmute level 9 stuff.</p>
