Fury "Wreath" hats

Besides Hoo'loh's hat, and one supposes the Relic hat, are there any other Fury "wreath" style hats out there? Does Vaults drop one?  Are they all the same appearance? What are the names and stats?

The set piece druid hats from EOF also have that graphic.

Don't forget you can use a wreath hat in your appearance hat slot and then wear something else as your "real" hat.
