What is reuse time of Tap Veins and Mana Sieve?

Can someone post what the reuse time is in tap veins and mana sieve?

1 min on both.Unless you put aas into reducing recasts.

with some well placed AA you get it down to 45 secs (5 points in each so a tolta cost of 10 points and hte needed points to acces those boxes)aswell if you have the end ability in STR line its shortened with 10% aswell wich is 6 seconds, so then its 54 seconds, so with all those AA paoints and end str ability it sould be around 40-42 seconds i belive <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
