My Activation Code Didn't Work Right.

<p>I just bought the EQ II All in One Pack. When I entered the Activation Code it said that Dessert of Flames was not activated and showed that I had to buy it. The box says Dessert of Flames was part of this bundle. Please help.</p><p>thanks</p>

<p>This just happened to me as well today.  I just got the Echoes of Faydwer bundle and when I activated it, it said that I had all the expansions activated and that I got the Djinn bottle item from the Desert of Flames expansion, but then when I entered subscription info it had only EoF and KoS expansions as "activated" and Desert of Flames it said I had to purchase.  I'm hoping this is only a display problem, I can't be sure yet as I'm still patching right now and it'll be a bit yet before I can confirm it.</p>

You need to use Live chat forthis, account/billing issues canot be handled on the open forum. Chat is accessable via the Search the knowledge base link, then the chat tab. their hours are Mon-Fri 10 Am to 7 PM pacific. Adjust for your time zone

<p>Yeah, I plan on doing that if it's not activated for whatever reason.</p><p> It (Desert of Flames) is listed under my subscription details though as one of my entitlements, so hopefully it was just a display bug.</p><p> edit:  Yeah, I just talked to a support and it was just a display error, I have the expansion as I thought.  Hopefully just the same problem for you as well.</p>
