Vista rendering problems, PLEASE HELP!

First let me start off by saying any help I get here is much (MUCH) appreciated.I installed Vista Ultimate 32mb version two days ago, since that install I have had a delay with players and npc's rendering. As far as i can tell the game runs very smoothly, but the rendering thing is a HUGE issue on a PVP server and I need to fix this ASAP.If anyone has had any similar experiences please let me know, as I am hopelessly addicted to this game.Btw, I did update all my drivers, in case any one was wondering...

Tell a little about your PC. Knowing that you installed Vista-32bit is nice and helpful, but only a small part of the puzzle. RAM? type of vid card? etc.

I have 2g DDR ram, Nvidia 7600 gt video cardedit:video card is the 512 ram version

I know this is the canned response but have you updated to the latest Nvidia drivers that were released last week? I had texture rendering problems with Vista 32bit Home Premium and a 7900GT and it fixed them.

Yeah updated just before the post as well as two days ago. Yes, I also used a driver cleaner..So sad =/ I want to be able to solo pvp as a berserker... its hard enough as it is!Thanks again in advanced..
