"_____ of the Tempest" really worth the spell damage?

"_____ of the Tempest" really worth the spell damage? While I was looking at the armor in the Broker, I saw that you get some type of Mez proc and and something like a +30 to spell damage. Is it really worth wearing the complete set just for +30 fire damage? <p>It depends on your class. The set only give +dmg to HEAT spells, it's useless for necro/warlock for exemple as they don't have any heat spells to begin with.</p><p>Otoh if you're a wizard +30 heat dmg > 30 Int DPS wise.</p>

Should I take the same advice and look for legen set? Where can I find additional information on legen sets for a Conj?
