Soloing and HOs

Hello!I'm trying to solo as a monk up to level 70. So far its been really rewarding, and a bit of a challenge since this is my first character above level 30. I'm trying to get a hang of Heroic Opportunities, and had a few questions...Is there a specific time in combat that you should use them? I currently use HOs mostly while I'm waiting for my CAs to refresh. But would I be better suited to use them in the beginning? And since I'm soloing are they as valuable as when you're grouping?Thanks in advance!

I use em all the time. I usually start them at pull, and keep using them as they refresh. If you want more detail, I can post my CA progression for a typical fight.
