Random LD / account in use

I keep getting kicked off and try to log back in to an "account in use" message and have to wait 20 minutes to log back in. this is happening to my brother as well.

If you LD, it is possible that the server isn't immediately catching it and resulting in the server still seeing the account active even though you went LD.
