The link on the website brings up a page that t alks about yesterdays outtage. Is the character transfer service down?

<p>I checked with live chat today and they said that the service was unavailable.</p><p>Can we please have an ETA on this, or could you upate the page it takes the customer to when they try to transfer?</p>

Clicking on the link for more details about the character transfer service takes me to a login screen, completion of which produces a "timed out" error.
