Is it possible to repeat the Betrayal/Citizenship quests?

I'm wondering if it is possible to betray Qeynos, become a citizen of Freeport, and then later if I chose to, betray Freeport and then become a citizen again of Qeynos?

Thank you for the response, it makes me feel a little bit better about doing the Betrayal quest in the future.I don't suppose there is any possibility to raise faction of both Qeynos and Freeport to be able to visit both cities? (Roleplay reasons)

You could go permanent exile and just do the faction quests, but anything that increases faction with a "good" city decreases it with the "evil" cities, so you'll never be able to go to both without work in between.Also, be aware that every time you betray/do citizenship you'll have to choose your class again, and all your skills will get reset to apprentice I.
