Normally, you would go <a href="http://eq2players.station.sony.com/cs/index.vm" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a> and select 'More Details' under Character Transfer Service. However, it appears to be down at the moment. I have notified the appropriate people.

<p>At this exact time, the character transfer services for EQ, EQII and SWG are not available.  The issue's being worked on, in hopes of getting them available as soon as possible.</p><p>~Gnobrin!</p>
