Can someone explain how Reaver works?

I have reaver. I have clicked on the icon but don't see any benefit. Does it automatically proc once in a while? How do I get it to work?

Reaver will proc on spells cast. Like, Tap Viens, Insidious Promise, etc... it won't proc on Shield bash, Kick(the name is slipping me on that at t7) or melee attacks.

<p>Go into your knoledge book and click your spells tab.  Any time you use any of those items in there reaver will proc.  It procs for 1.5% of your max health.  Meaning if you have 1k hp you will see a 15pt heal everytime you cast a spell.</p><p>If you use a AoE you will see the heal from each mob hit by the AE.  Our group taunt ill trigger it for each target in the group.</p>
