New to game, 2 very odd issues...

The first, is I started a newbie Wood-Elf Fury, just to see if  I liked the class, upon reaching level 10 in kelethin, I was not recieveing any AA exp for completing quest or killing named creatures.  All the way through to lvl 12, no AA exp.  Is this some kind of bug?The second, I seem to log in, on any character and have 3 different speeds.- Sometimes I log in and i'm zoomie mcspeederston, and move around faster than everyone in the zone.- Sometimes I log in and i'm the slowest thing you have ever seen (it's like i'm snared, but no debuffs on me)- Sometimes I log in and i'm normal speed.-- This also somekind of known bug?

Are the named you are killing less than level 10? If so no you wont get AA xp for them. Also note, some quest named mobs dont give AA xp either.
