No screenshot folder

I have a strange problem. I don't have a Screenshots folder anymore. I recently bought a new computer with Windows Vista. Installed EQ2, worked around the typical problems, etc. But I didn't have a Screenshots folder once everything was installed. I tried creating one, but when I press my PRNTSCRN key, nothing is saved there. I can press PRNTSCRN and then paste the image to Paint, but it doesn't save a screenshot that I know of.Any ideas? I've scoured my settings and can't figure out how to fix it, so any help would be appreciated.

Adding to my original post to say that I still have not found a solution to this problem and if anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it.

Do you have Office installed? It may be overriding the printscreen function and copying directly to the clipboard instead of  saving to the folder. Try disabling the system tray icon and see if that helps.I hope this helps you. Best regards,Richard
