Need some help with a new half elf shadowKnight

Hey guys I just started playing and im having a hard time attacking mobs that are even one level higher than me? Im using all of my spells and abilities and Im also using a two handed sword I have 2 aa at the point and i put them both into stg. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. P.S also im using an offensive stance.

<p>It is probably coming down to your spells.  Ap 1 and Ap 2 are resisted ALOT by any mob even 1 level higher.  Try the broker for adepts that will help out alot.  O stance helps a ton as well for melee by getting your skills up, and if you can imrove that spell first would probably help the most.</p>
