Group Tanking Stance, etc?

<p>I usually small group between 2-4 members.</p><p>Have been curious about what the best stance is for my bruiser when tanking...out of curiosity, left him in offensive stance and things seemed to go a lot faster.I guess maybe do offensive stance for non-named then defensive for named?Any opinions?Also, I've got 2 pairs of ancient velium claws, two which have the +2% parry and the other two which have the power tap adornments.  Would you say the same for using those? Defensive claws for named only?Is there a better non-fabled weapon recommendation? I normally run with a mystic who has ancestry, so the +3% to procs add up for those claws (2.8x/min each damage proc, plus the 3.8?x/min each power proc when I use the power claws).</p>

I pretty much stay in offensive when tanking.  If we get into trouble or have a weak healer, I might switch to Defensive then.  You can build more hate n aggro with more dmg.

I stay in the mid-stance (The mix of defensive and offensive) almost 24/7 unless mowing through easy/soft mobs, but if I run up to a heroic named and it promptly punches me for a sixth of my HP, I promptly switch to full defensive.

I generally only use defensive if i think i'll die without it. I tank in offensive too. Defensive blows, wish they'd make it more viable.
