Which one seems to be more powerful? Our totem, or the warden tree?Kinda tossed up on this one.

I'd have to say Spiritual Circle. I've never played a warden, so I'm not exactly sure what the Tree does, but 681 point ward refreshed every 5 seconds on each group member is pretty [Removed for Content] powerful.

These are 2 spells that are very similar in final result, but do it in a different way.

The Tree in M1 ticks about a 210ish heal for the duration of it, and the recast timer of it can be shortened with AAs. It can also crit. I've pretty much always had it in M1, so am not sure what it does on Adept 3 - the spell description doesn't say. Overall it does about the same amount of healing that Spiritual Circle does warding...and agreed with Denna pretty powerful for a 'set it and forget it' spell.

I am not sure about this: but I think that it works the same way any ward vs. regen does. The Ward is used up/counted first - so in a group with a warden and defiler the tree might be a wasted cast. I still cast it anyway, cause you never know...and it's not that tough to keep refreshed.

the better question is... which one is more annoying. the tiny little pyramid. or the obnoxiously huge tree that manages to get in everybodies line of sight?

for a pet that only heals group wide they really should knock it down a good 5 feet

We have half-jokingly suggested that the Devs provide us with a spell called "Forest of Terror"....you think THIS tree is bad, what we have planned would make this one look pruned!!!!

Of course the only way we'd ever get any changes would be to say how much we really loved everything and not to change a thing!

Warden tree ticks every 3 sec. Doesn't say so in spell description though. Every other HoT (including DH's) is 2 sec I belive.

Yup, 3 seconds for the tree. I think the faster ticking heals you see from Warden regens are a couple of our AA abilities that speed up the regen tick.

Ahh so that makes like simple. Wardens tree ticks at 3 seconds, heals tick at 2 (no AA). Defilers circle tick at 5 seconds, with the regen non physical damage wards ticks at 6 seconds. Now, if I could only find my car keys.
