<p>I'm reading here to go 4/4/8/8 something then 4/4/8/4 something else.  My question is, is that just the aa's? what about the ability points you get? Is that what your talking about?  Can you tell its my second day and I'm still searching for the "Me" class?</p><p>thankies much</p>

<p>Ability points = aa = achievement points</p><p>And what people mean by 4,4,8 is to put 4 points in one ability of the summoner tree (to get to the next one) then 4 in the next and finally 8 in the ability right before the final one. They this for two reasons that soe seems to be ignoring</p><p>1. For most of the summoner lines, all but the second to last ability either suck, or are highly lack luster. The animated dagger and parry chance are proof of this in the str line.</p><p>2. All but the endlines for wisdom and int are useless. Hey, let's blow my main source of dps up and not get any sort of bonus! Or, let's allow my scout pet to die, then resummon it as an app1 version for x seconds. This is my favorite one, and it comes from the sta line... let's stifle my tank pet so he cannot taunt, but at least he won't take aoe damage unless he is the target of the skill... wait, he IS the target!</p><p>I know I prob just confused the heck out of you with my rant, and hopefully someone else can answer. :p</p>
