You can't get it for females.

The outfits come in male and female versions but no matter which gender you pick, it will look like the outfit for whatever gender actually ends up wearing it. They're tailor made items that all level one characters can wear; to find them search for cloth armor, chest slot, handcrafted, levels 1 to 1 on the broker. You should end up with a ton of them. On a different note I think the outfit I have on my defiler is the female version of what you show in your post (called fire something if you want to search for it), here's what it looks like, kinda gothic:

There is a female version called "female formal ensemble", but it looks like this.

To the OP: the portion I highlighted is the important thing. If a female toon equipped a male item of clothing, the clothing would take on the female clothing appearance. On the lvl1 "fluff armor" dresses (which is what the above poster is referring to) there may be *some* slight color variations, but that's it.

So sadly, your female toon cannot wear the outfit you posted in your original post. The closest you could probably get is the oufit the above poster is wearing, which looks like it's either "The Fire Maiden's Sultriness" (or "The Fire Champion's Fervor" for men) OR "The Libertine's Ruby".

The crafted clothing can be made by a Tailor of the appropriate skill level. More outfits can be found here.

Checked and the above poster is correct...I have the female formal ensemble on my main but never got the male for any of my chars since I hate those designs of all the dress clothes for men...they all look too spoiled prissy boy for my tastes. Even my [Removed for Content] FAE (not an insult to fae, he's actually roleplayed as a homosexual swashy) doesn't wear them, except the black Night Raven's Sheen while he's crafting. I'd love to see SOE add some more DESIGNS for dress clothes especially now that the appearance slots are in effect...most of the 5 million outfits out there are simply the same thing, new color. Maybe like a Victorian suit with a ruffle in front or something. A troll in that would be quite entertaining =D
