Loading UI Resources

<p>Lately, I have been getting stuck at "loading ui resources."  I'm trying to narrow down the reasons - I have about 10 mods and just updated to 163.71 Nvidia drivers.  I didn't want to start removing and rolling back until I asked the community if there is a known reason behind this.  </p><p> Any information will be greatly appreciated <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
