View Full Version : Trouble activating expansion

<p>I've just recently started playing, and am now trying to activate the expansions. After loading the disks, from the login page, I'm clicking on "Register Expansion". I enter my account key, and I'm getting "Sorry - The consumption of this account key requires features which your subscription does not have". I'm feeling a bit dumb right now, but can anyone tell me if there's anything else you need to do to register an expansion, other then click on register expansion? </p>

Guessing you have the base game registered already, or are you trying to register it to the trial game?

Desert of Flames. We bought the base game and registered, it is not a trial account.

make sure that the base game was put in first...and:Buying Echoes of Faydwer Retail version or by buying the all in one pack at <a href="http://www.direct2drive.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.direct2drive.com</a> will give you all of the expansions.And in November when ROK comes out it will also have all of the expansions with it.

Other then that you may have to wait till Monday and use live chat - Search the Knowledge Base, the chat - 10 AM to 7 PM pacific Mon-Fri
