Missing Expansions when I reactivated.

I received an email saying my account was reactivated and all previous expansions were unlocked for me. When I logged in I found that only Echoes of Faydwer was unlocked. Am I suppose to receive the other two also?

I'm having a similar problem, I've only received Desert of Flames.
